Shipping policy

 

In the case of multiple products under your order, the products can be shipped in parts or together, and the delivery duration will be 10-25 business days outside of India, depending on the location. Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies, but Payal Herbal will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or any situation beyond our control.

Communication

When you visit our website, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number and e-mail address while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call, posting notices on the website, or any other mode of communication. Severability

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Courier Charges Outside India**

All shipping charges will be charged in addition to the product amount and will vary by country.

Dispute Resolution

Either party may refer such disputes for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed by PAYAL HERBAL LLP. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Ghaziabad. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Subject to the above, the courts at Ghaziabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Governing Law

The validity, construction, and enforceability of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and other policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
