Refund Policy (for International)

The prices of products for international orders on our website are shown in F.O.B. (Free on Board). All the taxes and duties are additional and will be borne by the customer.

In case of a wrong customer name, shipping address, telephone no., mobile no., or wrong pin code/zip code provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, we will charge the customer additional charges as provided in the shipping policy.

The shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer, and the re-courier charges will also be borne by the customer. The order package cannot be canceled after attempted delivery, and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.
We will try our best to match the colors of the products on our website.

However, computer displays often vary from screen to screen, and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture, design, or color. This perceived difference, if any, will be because of differences in screen color rendering.
